The role

n

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead operations at a specialist retailer in their flagship location in Balcatta. The store offers an extensive range of products, spanning from high-performance pro scooters tailored for action sports to eco-friendly electric scooters designed for daily commuting.

n

You'll be responsible for the full store operation, sales, team performance, customer experience, stock and after-sales service, while leading from the floor and setting the standard for your team.

n

This is an opportunity for a Store Manager who enjoys a hands-on environment, a strong sales focus and working with products customers are genuinely passionate about.

What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step
n
- A proven track record leading and developing retail teams
n
- Robust sales and KPI management experience
n
- Confidence managing stock, rostering and store operations
n
- A customer-first and commercially focused approach
n

n

Experience in bikes, automotive, electronics, telco, outdoor, fitness or trade retail would be highly regarded. E-mobility experience isn't essential, product training is provided.
