Job Description
Sunshine Coast Grammar School OSHClub is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing OSHClub service. This is an exciting prospect to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.
This is a permanent, part-time role (33 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 4 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success.
⏰Service hours include:
- Rise Then Shine: 7:00am – 9:00am
- Stay and Play: 2:15pm – 6:00pm
- School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm

About Sunshine Coast Grammar School OSHClub
Set within the beautiful 100-acre grounds of Sunshine Coast Grammar School, this OSHClub service cares for around 40 children each day in a unique natural environment where children can explore, play and connect. With a strong school community and access to extensive facilities, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create engaging experiences and make a real impact on children’s before and after school care.
About your new role
As a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
- Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well.
- Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.
- Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
- Be supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone.
