Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales focused customer service position
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
- Strong communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in customers' lives
- Flexible availability to meet our seven days roster requirements
Responsibilities
- Connecting with customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery
- Working alongside other Team Members to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
- Keeping updated with product knowledge, policies and procedures
- Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
