Join our small, tight-knit team at our Boral Recycling site in Ravenhall VIC, where every day brings variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with one of Australia's leading building and construction materials suppliers.

This hands-on role is essential to the daily operations of our site. You'll primarily operate a Sales Loader, but flexibility is key—there will also be manual labour involved. You'll work closely with the Site Manager and Weighbridge Operator, helping to keep the operation running smoothly and safely.

Your day will involve:

n

Operating the Sales Loader to:

n

n
- Load road trucks with finished product
n
- Push off tip heads for inbound materials
n
- Load materials for a mobile pug mill
n
- Liaising with the Site Manager and Weighbridge Operator
n
- General site duties including: Shoveling, lifting (10–15kg), plant cleaning, and minor repairs
n
- Supporting the team with continuous improvement and compliance with Borals safety and environmental standards
n

n

What are we looking for?

n

n
- Experience operating Sales Loaders and/or working with mobile crushing or blending plants
n
- Sales Loader and Articulated Dump Truck licences (preferred – training provided if needed)
n
- A team player mindset – you'll be part of a small crew of 3 most days
n
- A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to pitch in when needed
n
