Job Description

Wesfarmers Health is hiring a People & Capability Advisor to support Corporate Functions across policies, employee lifecycle matters, and reporting. You will partner with leaders to interpret policies, provide guidance, and deliver documentation and communications that shape a positive employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior People & Capability Manager, this role focuses on first-line advisory, risk identification and trusted human resources support across the organisation.
