About the role

The School Administration Officer will support the administrative duties of the school. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail‑focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Live out your faith in a Christian school community, exhibiting hospitality, care and excellence.
- Contribute to the holistic care and welfare of students, including student services.
- Assist with enrolments and record data accurately.




- Manage enquiries from students, parents, staff and the general public with kindness and professionalism.
- Manage student attendance.
- Perform administrative tasks: write emails, answer phone calls, manage the principal's calendar, and assist with school events.
- Engage with and learn how to use software and systems such as Google Suite and a Student Information System (Salesforce).
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, flexibility and collaborative working with colleagues.

This full‑time role (term time plus five extra working weeks spread across the year) is expected to start as soon as practicable.
