Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our high‑performing Essendon team. You’ll take ownership of a well‑maintained portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supported by leasing and administration, allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a residential portfolio end‑to‑end
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with rental providers and renters
- Overseeing leasing, applications, and compliance
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
- Attending VCAT and handling more complex tenancy matters




- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation and compliance
- Confident communicator with excellent problem‑solving skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
