A Quantity Surveyor is sought by a leading housebuilder for a large, long-term residential project in Cambridge. The role offers a salary of £55,000–£60,000 plus car allowance and a permanent contract.
You will join a busy commercial team, with responsibility for cost control, procurement and contract administration across a 270+ unit development. Degree qualification and extensive housebuilder experience are preferred, plus a full UK driving licence.
