About the Role

As theAssistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive solid commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience

- Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
n
- A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
n
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
n
- Leadership qualities – you're a motivator, team player, and positive role model

- High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills
n
- Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
n
- Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
n
- Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
n
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
n
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
n
- Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
n
