Responsibilities
- Lead by example in the high‑standard cleaning of guest rooms, common areas and facilities.
- Supervise and train the housekeeping team to meet standards and benchmarks.
- Provide feedback on room conditions, especially areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement.
- Implement the hotel’s housekeeping processes and policies.
- Build strong, authentic relationships with teammates and guests.
- Ensure clear communication between housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Support the Hotel Manager and serve as the housekeeping expert.
