Queensland Rail is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the SEQ Change Journey to 2032 and beyond. You will co-develop the integrated Change Roadmap with the SEQ Integration Team, design communications and engagement plans, and coach leaders to drive sustainable organisational change.
You will partner with Leadership and People Partners to facilitate consultation, assess readiness, and identify training needs to maximise perks across major projects like Cross River Rail and QTMP.
