Duties

- Run daily technical and operational tasks to maintain high standards and keep operations running smoothly.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational and machinery issues on the floor.
- Enforce strict site safety protocols and quality standards to keep the team protected.




- Work side-by-side with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and tackle daily goals.

Skills & Experience

- Experienced in trades, manufacturing, logistics, field service or a related practical industry.
- Solid experience operating in fast-paced, hands-on field or shop-floor environments.
- Robust troubleshooting ability, adaptable under pressure, and a pull-your-own-weight team attitude.
- Safety-first approach, direct communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.
- Fit to pass standard pre-employment site medicals and drug/alcohol screenings.
