BasedinWesternAustralia,theroleinvolvesacombinationoffabrication,fixedplantmaintenance,repairwork,shutdownsandbreakdownsupport.Applicantsshouldhaveastronghands-onbackgroundandbeconfidentworkingfromdrawingsandspecificationswhilemaintainingahighstandardofworkmanship.

Yourweldingexperiencematterswhentheworkinvolvescriticalplant,structuralrepairsanddemandingmaintenanceenvironments.ThisopportunityisdesignedforexperiencedCodedWelderswhocandemonstratetheirtradequalifications,practicalcapabilityandabilitytoworktorecognisedweldingstandards.

BasedinWesternAustralia,theroleinvolvesacombinationoffabrication,fixedplantmaintenance,repairwork,shutdownsandbreakdownsupport.Applicantsshouldhaveastronghands-onbackgroundandbeconfidentworkingfromdrawingsandspecificationswhilemaintainingahighstandardofworkmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Completecodedweldingandfabricationacrossfixedplantmaintenanceprojects
- Performstructuralsteelandpressurepipewelding,including6Gapplications
- Carryoutrepairs,modificationsandreplacementofdamagedorworncomponents
- Fabricateandrepairpiping,structuralsupports,tanks,chutes,hoppersandductwork
- Maintainandrepairpumps,thickenersandotherfixedplantequipment
- Readandinterpretengineeringdrawings,plansandtechnicalspecifications
- Ensurecompletedweldingandfabricationworkmeetsrequiredstandards
- Undertakepreventativeandcorrectivemaintenanceactivities
- Respondtobreakdownmaintenancerequirementswhenrequired
- Participateinplannedshutdownsandcampaignmaintenanceprograms
- Workacrossworkshopandsite-basedmaintenanceenvironments
- Completetaskssafely,efficientlyandwithinprojectrequirements
