Our client is a well‑established and highly regarded commercial construction company delivering a diverse range of projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team.

Working closely with the Project Managers and wider construction team, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from commencement through to completion.

The Role:

- Supporting Project Managers across multiple commercial construction projects
- Coordinating project documentation, including contracts, variations, drawings and specifications
- Coordinating communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Managing RFIs, purchase orders and project correspondence
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes and project updates
- Monitoring project budgets, variations and key project milestones




- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the project delivery team

About You:

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role within the construction industry
- Exposure to commercial construction projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Confidence working in a rapid‑paced project environment
- Experience using construction or project management software will be highly regarded
