Virgin Australia in Sydney is seeking Guest Services Agents to join our airport team on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll check in guests, re-book flights, assist with disabilities, boarding and service announcements.
You must be 18+, an Australian citizen or permanent resident, have at least 3 years’ experience in care/customer roles, thrive under pressure, and be a robust communicator with high emotional intelligence. A rotating shift roster and reliable transport are required.
