Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Part Time Customer Experience Officer on a 12-month parental leave cover. Join a nationally recognised team delivering empathetic service to 55,000 residents across NSW, with a 25-hour week (Mon-Fri 9:00am-2:00pm) and opportunities to grow your career within the Customer Experience & Engagement Branch.

You will handle a diverse range of enquiries, registrations and applications, uphold high standards, and contribute to a positive community experience.
