We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our organisation as a Senior Client Manager in one of our Tax and Business Advisory teams.

n

About the role

n

Due to the continuing growth of our business, we currently have an opening for a full-time Senior Client Manager at our office in Sydney. This client-facing position is ideal for an individual with strong communication, management skills and initiative. This role would suit someone confident in their technical ability, ready to step into a dynamic, fast-growing business with a robust client base.

What will you be doing?

n

n
- Manage and oversee all aspects of a client base including all daily accounting and taxation requirements.
n
- Oversee and/or attend to the preparation and completion of clients' financial statements, income tax returns and other lodgements, including Fringe Benefits Tax returns, Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements.
n




- Required to assist and manage a portfolio of $1.8m + and be the primary contact.
n
- Manage a high-performing team and advise clients in all aspects of business development.
n
- Manage the lodgement program for a portfolio of clients, including reporting obligations such as TBAR and other superannuation reporting obligations.
n
- Assist clients with other taxes such as payroll tax, land tax etc. when necessary.
n
- Actively contribute to practice management and development.
n
- Manage the billing process for a portfolio of clients and debtor management.
n
- Manage the career and technical development of the team including training staff in all aspects of their roles.
n

What are we looking for?

n

n
- A bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting.
n
- 7+ years' professional experience in tax and business advisory services working with complex client groups including family groups, SMEs and high net wealth individuals.
n
- Ability to manage strong client relationships and drive business development.
n
- Previous experience leading a team of at least 3+ team members.
n
- Detail oriented.
n
