The Role
This is a senior planning position responsible for driving sales, stock and margin outcomes across a significant portfolio. You will partner closely with buying, allocation and store operations teams to deliver commercial planning strategies that support seasonal and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage pre-season and in-season sales, stock and intake plans
- Analyse trade performance and provide commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Lead range planning and OTB (open-to-buy) management across categories
- Partner with buying and allocation teams to optimise stock flow and availability
- Provide forecasting and reporting to support executive decision-making
- Mentor and support junior planning team members

About You





- Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within a large-format or department store retail workplace
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel and planning systems experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- A collaborative, curious approach and genuine interest in retail performance and customer behaviour
- Experience managing complex, multi-category portfolios highly regarded
