About the role

This is a hands-on role with real impact. You'll work closely with Operations, Finance, QA and Sales to ensure customer, inventory, and supplier data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose — enabling better reporting, smoother operations, and confident decision-making. You'll take ownership of core business data within Pronto ERP, instrumental in enhancing operational effectiveness, delivering reliable insights, and helping the business make confident, data-led decisions.

Key responsibilities

- Own and maintain Customer, Inventory, and Supplier master data within Pronto ERP
- Partner with key stakeholders to define data standards, requirements, and business rules
- Create and maintain clear data documentation, including data dictionaries and field definitions
- Manage the master data lifecycle, including creation, updates, validation, auditing, and retirement
- Conduct regular data health checks and resolve data quality issues
- Develop and embed standardised processes and SOPs for data requests and changes
- Act as the subject matter expert,



providing guidance and training to ensure consistent data practices
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate validation, and improve system efficiency

About you

- Previous experience managing data in an ERP system (Pronto highly regarded)
- Robust Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation)
- High attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and following agreed standards and processes
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in data governance, operations support or systems administration is beneficial
