Their decorative ranges are celebrated nationwide, with a reputation for exceptional service, innovative products, and a strong sustainability story. Their product range includes a growing, proprietary decorative laminate collection, alongside imported and specialty ranges used across major hotel, education, healthcare, government, and multi-residential projects nationwide.

As part of their NSW sales team, you'll work with established key accounts while helping grow the business, championing the decorative product range to architects, designers, builders and some joiners. Comprehensive product training and ongoing support ensure your long-term success.

THE ROLE

As Specification Manager for NSW, you'll take ownership of the state's specification pipeline — protecting existing specifications, winning recent ones, and being the face of the brand with architects, designers, commercial builders, and major joiners.

You'll build strong networks predominantly within architecture and design practices, ensuring our client's premium decorative products are specified on key projects from concept through to completion.





You'll have local support on the ground, but success will come down to your own relationship-building and follow-through.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as the primary brand ambassador across NSW
- Build, protect and grow specifications with architecture & design practices across NSW
- Engage commercial builders' project teams to help keep specifications on track through to order
- Build relationships with major commercial joiners to support order fulfilment, planning, and forecasting
- Deliver engaging presentations, samples, and ongoing technical support
- Identify and develop new project opportunities within your territory
- Maintain accurate project tracking and CRM records to protect the pipeline

ABOUT YOU

You're a motivated sales professional who understands specification sales. You enjoy working with architects and designers, understand the importance of relationships in specification sales, and excel at managing complex stakeholders to turn opportunities into results.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in specification or project-based sales within the building & construction industry
- An existing network within architecture, design, or commercial building highly advantageous
- A track record of winning and protecting specifications
- Robust relationship-building and communication skills, with a friendly, approachable personality




- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of planning your own diary
