Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee all aspects of the property management cycle, including leasing, tenant relations, & property maintenance.
. Conduct property inspections (open homes, entry/exit inspections, and routine checks).
. Maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
. Manage trust accounting procedures with precision.
. Prepare and process tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
. Proactively generate new business opportunities.

What we’re looking for:
. A Current Certificate of Registration or License.
.



A current NSW driver’s licence and reliable transport
. Minimum of 6 months-1 years experience in property management (Traning Provided).
. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants
. Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
. Experience with Microsoft Office preferred, but not mandatory
