Our business supplies packaging products across the Gold Coast. We're a close-knit team that moves quickly, and our customers rely on us getting their orders right and out the door on time.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced picker packer to join our warehouse team in Nerang. This is a hands-on role — you'll be picking and packing customer orders, unloading pallets off trucks, keeping the warehouse in order, and jumping in the van for local deliveries when we need you to.
Starting as a casual at around 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 12pm finish every Friday. For the right person, this role leads to a permanent position.
What you'll be doing
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time
- Loading vans with customer orders ready for dispatch
- Receiving and unloading pallets from incoming trucks using a walkie stacker
- Putting away stock and keeping bins, boxes and racking clearly labelled and organised
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe warehouse
- Local deliveries to customers as required
- Assisting with stock takes and general inventory control
- General warehouse duties as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous picker packer or warehouse experience
- Confidence operating a walkie stacker (training provided if needed)
- Current, clean Australian driver's licence — you'll be driving our delivery van
- Ability to keep pace in a busy environment without cutting corners on accuracy
- Pride in keeping your workspace tidy and organised
- Good communication and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Ability to lift up-to 20kg. Heavier items are team-lifted or moved with equipment.
- Stock take experience (highly regarded)
- Forklift licence (LF) is a bonus but not essential
