Senior Property Manager | $100K-110k + Super + Allowances

We’re recruiting for a outstanding client who is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their established and highly supportive team.

If you’re looking for a Property Management role where you can focus on your clients and portfolio without being pulled in every direction, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be joining a highly systemised office with a friendly team culture, regular training, social events and plenty of support around you.

The role:

- Manage a portfolio with a strong focus on client relationships and service
- Monday to Friday role
- No leasing
- No new business
- No trust accounting
- Dedicated Routine Inspection Officer supporting the department
- Experienced Department Manager providing ongoing support
- Full office support and established systems in place
- Regular training and development opportunities

About you:

- Minimum 3 years’ Property Management experience




- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Good understanding of QLD legislation and compliance
- Able to work autonomously while being part of a team
- Current QLD Registration Certificate or Agent Licence
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate would be an advantage
