We are seeking a Finance Analyst for a permanent, full-time opportunity to join our Finance team in Melbourne. Working closely with Finance Business Partner and operational leaders, you will provide data-driven insights, predictive analysis, and commercial support to help drive informed decision-making and improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: Support Finance Business Partner with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities Develop predictive analytics and provide insights that support operational and strategic decision-making Identify, analyse, and explain key drivers of financial performance and value creation Monitor business performance against targets and support improvement initiatives Provide commercial and financial decision support to business leaders and stakeholders Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes, and governance requirements Build strong relationships across the portfolio and contribute to a collaborative business partnering culture

About You You are an analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve problems and improve business performance.

Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be critical as you collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the portfolio and broader finance function. Key Capabilities: Bachelor’s degree and post graduate qualifications in a relevant field such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics. CPA/CA (or progress towards) is preferred.

Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting,



and business performance analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and reporting systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams Why work for us?
