About the role

We are seeking Experienced Charismatic Happy Wait Staff members to join the BiBiS Italian team at our Paradise Point location. This is a casual position offering flexibility for the right candidate. As wait staff, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your role is crucial in ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return to our establishment.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting guests with warmth and genuine enthusiasm as they arrive at the restaurant

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently whilst providing personalised recommendations

- Delivering plates and drinks to tables with professionalism and attention to detail

- Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly

- Processing payments and managing till transactions with accuracy

- Clearing tables promptly and maintaining the dining area to a high standard of cleanliness

- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery

- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

- Handling customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as wait staff in a busy hospitality environment

- A naturally charismatic and engaging personality with genuine warmth and approachability

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently





- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst maintaining individual initiative

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness

- Preferred: Experience in Italian cuisine or fine dining establishments
