About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing administration seeking to build their foundations in the audit and compliance space. In this role, you will be reporting to the Service Manager, providing hands-on support for pre and post assessment activities and undertake relevant administrative tasks as required.

The opportunity combines 'back of office' duties with the deliverance of exceptional customer service to ensure audits are consistently well-planned and executed. Be an integral part of a warm, close-knit team who value the improvement of health and human services.

To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of technical skills, specifically attention to detail and accuracy, and soft skills particularly around clear and collaborative communications with internal and external stakeholders. The position will suit someone who is genuinely curious, eager to learn, and whose genuinely passionate about engaging with people, and problem-solving. Candidates coming from a background in an RTO, or with hands-on compliance exposure will be highly regarded.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Liaising with clients and assessor's to maintain communication in identifying opportunities
- Scheduling and management of assessment bookings
- You will be assisting with audits and compliance checks; look at documents and information with a 'sense of skepticism' and ask questions
- Work with colleagues to ensure assessments are scheduled and delivered within appointed timeframes




- Organising travel and bookings for assessment teams
- Providing assessment activity and administrative support for the team
- Prepare and finalise certifications
- Contribute to process improvements and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring smooth communication is held between clients, assessors and stakeholders

Skills & Experience Required

- You have a strong eye for detail and are process driven
- Experience working within in RTO or supporting compliance processes/administration will be highly regarded
- Excellent administrative skills and the ability to identify mistakes
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite to create professional documents and email correspondence
- You will need the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A focus to resolve problems and to be an analytical thinker
- Demonstrate a confident phone manner and have the ability to problem solve
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
