Bend + Mend is a well-established, highly regarded Physiotherapy and Pilates practice in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Established in 2003, we have built a strong reputation for providing high-quality, patient-focused care across Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified and friendly Part-Time Receptionist / Administration team member to join our tight-knit team of Physiotherapists and Front Office staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and would like to be part of a supportive and positive workplace.

The Position

We are offering a permanent part-time position of approximately 15-20 hours per week, based at our Martin Place clinic.

Reception coverage is shared between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

The role offers flexibility around hours and provides the opportunity to develop your administration and customer service skills within a professional healthcare environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Receptionist, your primary focus will be making sure every patient feels welcomed, valued and well cared for from the moment they contact us.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming and assisting patients

- Providing friendly and professional face-to-face, telephone and email communication

- Managing appointments, including making and amending bookings

- Processing payments through EFTPOS and HICAPS





- Maintaining accurate patient and customer records

- Assisting with general administration and banking

- Ordering and maintaining office supplies

- Helping to maintain a welcoming, organised reception and office environment

- Supporting our Partners, Physiotherapists and wider team as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is warm, personable and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You will ideally have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A friendly and professional telephone manner

- Strong computer and IT skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

- The confidence to work independently while also being a robust team player

- A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude

- A professional and well-presented manner

- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience

Healthcare or Physiotherapy reception experience is advantageous, but personality, attitude and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service are just as important to us.
