We are seeking two experienced and motivated Duty Managers to join our leadership team — one based at The Avenue Randwick and one based at Coogee Beach Club. This is an opportunity to build your career with a successful community-focused club where people, service and culture are at the centre of everything we do.

As a key operational leader, you'll take ownership of day-to-day venue operations, support and develop team members, and ensure our members and guests enjoy outstanding service every time they visit.

About the Role
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading operations across multiple areas of the club, ensuring high service standards, strong team performance and compliance across the venue.
You'll be a visible leader who enjoys motivating teams, solving problems and creating a positive experience for members, guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily club operations across hospitality, bar, gaming and events
- Support, mentor and develop team members on shift
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences
- Ensure compliance with club policies and regulatory requirements
- Drive a positive, professional and high-performing team culture




- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain presentation standards throughout the venue

About You
You are an energetic and approachable leader with a passion for hospitality and people.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role (minimum 2 years, ideally within a licensed club or hospitality venue)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A hands-on approach and positive attitude
- The ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications
- Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
