Join a supportive and multidisciplinary Community Mental Health team committed to delivering recovery-oriented, strengths-based and person-centred care. As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessment, care coordination, intervention and recovery-focused support to consumers and their carers within the community. Working collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and healthcare providers, you will play a key role in supporting positive recovery outcomes and enhancing wellbeing.

Selection Criteria:
1. Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
2. Demonstrated experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness with skills transferable to a community setting.
3. Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
4. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Demonstrated skills in time management.
6. Computer literacy skills.
7. Current drivers licence.
