Samsung C&T; Corporation Australia, as part of the TasVic Greenlink joint venture with DT Infrastructure; has been awarded the contract to deliver the Balance of Works package for Marinus Link Stage 1.

About the role

We are looking for an administration superstar to join our People & Capability team on this once-in-a-generation project. Reporting to the Senior P&C; Advisor, this is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support P&C; administration, training coordination and day-to-day project activities.

This position is based in Leongatha, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality People & Capability administration support, including employee records and coordination of key P&C; processes.

- Coordinate employee onboarding, inductions, training and development activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring mandatory requirements are completed.

- Support employee engagement initiatives, team building activities and internal events across the project.

- Provide general project and office administration, including travel and accommodation, fleet bookings, purchase orders, supplies and facilities coordination.

- Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries and build effective working relationships across the project and broader business.

- Maintain accurate records, systems and reporting while ensuring P&C; activities are completed efficiently, confidentially and in accordance with company and project policies.

Experience and Capabilities

- Previous experience in P&C;/ HR Administration, office administration or similar role; exposure to HR or L&D; activities is highly regarded.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

- Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated experience maintaining records,



systems and documentation accurately.

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with employees, managers and external providers.

- Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day activities.

- Strong MS office skills and professional, discreet approach when handling confidential or sensitive information.
