About the role

We're seeking a motivated Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist and a Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based assessments and interventions for NDIS participants, delivered as a mobile therapy service - visiting participants at school, in group homes, and in their own residence. New graduates are welcome to apply with strong mentoring, supervision, and support to help build your caseload and confidence.

Key responsibilities

- Provide mobile, in-person therapy, visiting clients at school, group homes, and their place of residence

- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans

- Support clients with therapy needs specific to your discipline (speech, language, fluency and AAC / functional daily living skills / mobility and physical function)

- Collaborate with Behaviour Support Practitioners, other allied health professionals and families

- Deliver training and capacity-building for carers and staff

- Prepare reports and NDIS documentation

About you

- Degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy, with relevant professional registration (mandatory)





- Robust interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience with NDIS clients (preferred but not essential - new grads welcome)

- WWCC, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening

- Driver's licence and reliable car (mobile role - travel between school, group home, and residence visits)
