Agile Mining Services is a privately owned company, based in Adelaide, providing specialist technical, mining, and mineral processing services to the South Australian iron ore industry. Our operations located near Coober Pedy currently mine and export 3Mtpa+ high grade Iron ore.

About the opportunity

Agile Mining Services are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer to join the Technical Services Team as part of the complete operation, from geology through planning to Port.

This role is currently based at Buzzard Mine site, however, may be required to work or be based at another site or operation. This is a permanent FIFO role, working an 16/12 roster.

Essential requirements

- 5 years open pit mining experience, iron ore would be advantageous

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering

- Highly developed computing skills including MS Office, Surpac and preferably Alastri

- Current “C” Class Australian drivers’ licence

- Commitment to safety in the workplace

- Passion for continuous improvement

Pre-employment
