Your role:
This position aims support families, carers and individuals to build capacity and address immediate needs using evidence-based models such as Parents Building Solutions, Tuning in Kids, Tuning into Teens, Circle of Security and Bringing Up Great Kids.
The skills you will use day to day:
- In-home family casework, working in partnership with families to achieve their goals, aimed enhancing child/children’s development and family functioning.
- Reduce risks to children’s safety and wellbeing and other family members.
- Work with families to empower them to manage their life situation and to take charge of their lives
- Work collaboratively with Child Protection, other professionals and families’ broader social networks to ensure a coordinated support package is in place.

- You get a salary starting at $105,557 plus super plus salary packaging
- SCHCADS award level 5
- Negotiable through the increments dependent upon experience
- The role is offering you a 2.5 day working week if you are looking for more flexibility
- Maximum term until February 2027
