Transport Administrator roles

Locations: Derrimut, Tottenham & Laverton North

Salary: $37.50-$40.92

The roles:

As a Transport Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operations through general administration duties, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and productive communication with drivers. The role involves day shift hours from Monday to Friday with start times from 6am-8am and is based Derrimut, Laverton North & Tottenham locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as following up on proof of delivery, checking orders, updating the status of freight, pallet control and data entry.

Responsibilities:

- Operations support with a focus on general administration tasks.
- Follow up on proof of delivery and maintain accurate records.




- Check orders and update the status of freight in a timely manner.
- Transport bookings and allocations.
- Pallet control
- Data entry to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Successful candidate will possess the following:

- Previous experience in a similar Transport Administrator role is essential.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience using Kronos and 2IC
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including National Police check and drug and alcohol testing.
- Availability to start immediately.
