About the role

Bakery Manager position at Drakes Royal Park. You will be given the prospect to treat the department as if it were your own business, with flexibility to tailor the store's service and products offering to meet the specific needs of customers within the local area. Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am-12:00pm base contract.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the bakery department

- Supervise a team

- Liaise with both team members and management

- Merchandise products

- Maintain work health and safety standards

- Communicate effectively with management, team members, customers and external stakeholders
