Since 1991, here at Sullivans Mining & Industrial (SMI), we have been supplying the mining, rail, agricultural, and industrial sectors with reliable products from the worlds most trusted brands. Our reputation has been built on being the go-to for businesses big and small and have grown from one operation in Cobar to having branches in Parkes, Orange and Rutherford, and we’re still growing.

The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our rapid-paced warehouse in Cobar. This full-time, 40-hour-a-week role is all about keeping things moving by picking and packing orders, receipting goods, booking freight, loading and unloading trucks, and making sure our shelves are stocked and organised.

You don’t need to have done it all before, what matters most is your attitude. If you’re keen to learn, enjoy physical work, and take pride in doing the job right, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and safely





· Booking freight and receipting incoming goods

· Loading and unloading freight

· Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and running smoothly

· Assisting with stock control and stocktaking

· Working closely with your team to meet daily deadlines

· Following all safety procedures and helping maintain a safe workspace

What We’re Looking For

· A positive, can-do attitude

· Someone punctual, reliable, and easy to work with

· Basic computer skills (Microsoft products)

· A current driver’s licence (forklift licence desirable but not essential)

· A team player who can also work independently
