Caddy Storage Systems is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of premium vehicle accessory solutions. We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Groundsman / General Hand to join our team at our Blacktown facility.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised workplace, and is looking for stable, long-term employment within a growing Australian business.

Working Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 3:30pm

- Friday: 6:00am to 1:00pm

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and safety of our yard and warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Mowing lawns and maintaining outdoor areas

- Operating whipper snippers and blowers

- Garden maintenance including weeding, hedging and general upkeep

- Driving and maintaining warehouse sweeping equipment

- Emptying rubbish bins and maintaining waste disposal areas

- Cleaning and emptying metal bins on production equipment

- Sorting and organising materials and components





- Conducting routine housekeeping activities across the facility

- Ensuring fire extinguisher access areas remain clear and compliant

- Assisting management with additional duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, cleaning, labouring, warehousing or a similar role

- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Basic mechanical aptitude

- Commitment to workplace health and safety

- Ability to work well within a team

- Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Highly Regarded

- Current Forklift Licence

- Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
