Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Security Architect to work across an IDAM uplift. The successful candidate will be a experienced designing end to end solutions in tools such as Sailpoint and Purview.

This role requires 50% in office time in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within complex cyber security programmes, developing and maintaining Solution Overview Documents, High-Level Designs and other architecture artefacts.
- Experience providing architectural leadership across projects and programmes, supporting business case approval, solution delivery and implementation.
- Solid experience reviewing and overseeing detailed solution designs produced by vendors, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards and strategic objectives.
- Experience architecting Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, including identity platforms, authentication, authorisation, customer identity lifecycles and associated integrations.




- Strong experience with Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM), including SailPoint identity governance, access management, identity lifecycle management, access certifications and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience architecting Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, including data classification, sensitivity labels, information protection and DLP policies.
- Broad cyber security architecture experience across cyber hygiene initiatives, including vulnerability management, security configuration, endpoint security, patching and initiatives designed to improve overall security posture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture, identity and access management integrations, data protection, security controls and the ability to align technical solutions with broader cyber security strategy and programme objectives.
