Brisbane to Gold Coast
$75,000 – $90,000 + Car + Achievable Incentives

Your Mates Brewing Co. is one of Queensland’s fastest-growing independent breweries, built on positive beer, good people and mateship.

We’re looking for an energetic, well-connected salesperson to take ownership of our Brisbane to Gold Coast territory.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll inherit an established portfolio of customers, strong brand momentum and plenty of opportunity to grow.

The focus is predominantly on-premise — pubs, hotels, clubs and hospitality groups — with some key off-premise accounts as well.

The Gig

- Manage and grow an established customer portfolio

- Build strong relationships with publicans, venue owners, hospitality groups and buyers

- Grow taps, ranging and volume within existing customers

- Open new venues and build on the momentum already in the territory

- Identify opportunities across hotel and hospitality groups

- Get involved in tastings, activations, launches and events

- Work directly with the founders and wider sales and marketing crew

- Own your territory, opportunities and targets

About You

Experience matters, but energy, relationships and attitude matter more to us than a fancy CV.

You might already sell beer, wine or spirits into hospitality, or you might come from the pub and hotel industry and know the scene inside out.

We’re looking for someone who:





- Knows the Brisbane and/or Gold Coast hospitality scene

- Has relationships with venue owners, publicans, managers, groups or buyers

- Is energetic, social and genuinely good with people

- Is confident walking into a venue, having a yarn and asking for the business

- Can look after existing customers while hunting new opportunities

- Is commercially switched on, organised and comfortable working towards targets

- Has a current driver’s licence

We can teach you our beer, systems and sales process. We can’t teach you energy, genuine relationships or a passion for looking after customers.

The Good Stuff

$75,000 – $90,000 + Car + Achievable Incentives

And when we say achievable incentives, we mean it.

You’ll get an established territory, plenty of autonomy, support from our wider crew and the opportunity to work directly with the founders of a growing independent Queensland beer brand.

We work hard, back each other and like having a bloody good time along the way.

And beer. Obviously.
