The Role & The Team

You will join the Business Case Enablement team within the EPMO, supporting the delivery of investment-ready business cases across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. Working alongside Senior Analysts and SMEs, you will apply your experience in analysis, coordination and documentation to translate complex technical, financial and delivery inputs into clear, structured outputs.

On any given day, you will coordinate stakeholder inputs, contribute to cost, benefit and risk analysis, and support the development of governance-ready artefacts. Reporting to the Business Case Enablement Manager, you will work closely with portfolio teams and key stakeholders across the business to support the development, assessment and progression of business cases and strategic initiatives.

The Person

You are a detail-oriented and commercially aware analyst who enjoys working in structured environments and contributing to meaningful outcomes. You bring a solid foundation of experience and are looking to further develop your capability in a high-performing, collaborative team.

The successful applicant will have:

- An undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in business analysis, project delivery, consulting or advisory roles, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
- The ability to understand complex business challenges, clearly define problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience developing or contributing to business cases, including problem definition, options analysis, benefit identification, risk assessment and recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret and synthesise information from a range of sources to support informed decision making.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen, including experience preparing cost estimates,



assessing benefits and evaluating options.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational, technical and stakeholder inputs into clear, concise and compelling documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business areas to build a shared understanding of issues, opportunities and solutions.
- Experience working within governance, investment approval and decision-making frameworks in a large and complex organisation.
- Entry level certifications in project management or business analysis (such as IIBA CCBA) will be highly regarded.
