Vision Produce is a busy fruit and vegetable wholesaler based at the Perth Markets in Canning Vale. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Assistant / Order Picker to join our team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working as part of our warehouse team to accurately pick and allocate smaller quantities of fresh produce to individual customer orders.

Applicants must have a good working knowledge of fruit and vegetables.

The Role

You will be responsible for an assigned section of the warehouse, picking and allocating products across multiple customer orders.

Your duties will include:

- Picking and allocating fresh produce accurately to customer orders

- Working within an assigned section of the warehouse

- Handling multiple products and small quantities across a large number of orders

- Identifying different fruit and vegetable varieties correctly

- Checking product quality while picking

- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

- Working efficiently to ensure orders are completed on time

- Assisting the wider warehouse team when required

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Good fruit and vegetable knowledge

- The ability to start work between 3:00am and 4:00am





- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, produce or similar setting

- The ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy

- A reliable and punctual approach to work

- Good teamwork and communication skills

- The ability to follow instructions and established processes

- Confidence with repetitive manual handling and physical work

- A strong work ethic and pride in doing the job properly

Previous experience in fruit and vegetable wholesale, retail produce, markets or a similar environment will be highly regarded.

Hours

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position, with shifts starting between 3:00am and 4:00am.

Some work may also be required on public holidays depending on operational requirements.
