About the Role

You'll be working on premium residential projects throughout Sydney's Northern Beaches and metropolitan areas, operating modern excavators across a variety of challenging sites.

Our work includes:

• Difficult access excavation • Demolition
• Bulk, detailed and final trim, residential excavation
• Tight access projects
• Piering
• Footings
• Pool excavations
• Rock excavation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' excavator operating experience
• Experience working on difficult-access and high-end residential projects
• Confidence operating all excavator attachments




• Excellent final trim skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Pride in producing quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant licences and White Card
