We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Showroom Manager to take ownership of our growing Darra showroom.

About the role

Our Darra showroom is growing rapidly with potential to grow even faster. You'll have the autonomy to identify and implement improvements across sales, product ranging, inventory, merchandising, processes, team capability and customer experience.

You'll be accountable, and rewarded, for performance and results.

Key responsibilities

- Own showroom sales and overall performance

- Identify and implement opportunities to grow sales and profitability

- Manage inventory, replenishment, stocktakes,



stock turns / ageing

- Maintain effective product ranging, merchandising and presentation

- Lead, develop and manage the showroom team

- Manage staffing, rosters, recruitment and onboarding

- Improve processes and operational efficiency

- Oversee bike builds for floor stock and customer orders

- Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom operations

About you

- Proven retail team leadership experience

- Strong commercial and sales awareness

- Experience with P&L;, budgets or financial KPIs

- Strong inventory and operational management skills

- Ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable

- A proactive, hands-on approach

- Strong communication skills

- Experience with POS and Microsoft systems

- Cycling industry knowledge and team management experience are required
