A family-owned business, we are currently seeking a Front of House all rounder to join the team on a casual basis.

We are looking for someone who loves being around people and delighting customers, through exceptional customer service time after time. You need to have a genuine passion for food, wine and even coffee and have a consistently high standard for presentation.

Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, attentive and personalised customer service

- Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide informed recommendations to customers





- Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain premium standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism

- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and confident demeanour

- Operate POS system and handle transactions

- Follow RSA guidelines and food safety standards at all times

Ideal candidates will have:

- At least 1 years FOH hospitality experience

- Positive wine and food knowledge

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- A current RSA for Tasmania

- Positive attitude, well mannered and well presented
