This role is fundamental to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. As a Retail Operations Manager you will be the face of Poolwerx, engaging with customers, leading retail teams, managing stock, overseeing scheduling and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. About the role

As our Retail Operations Manager you'll be the driving force behind your team's success — delivering sales growth, unbeatable customer experiences, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential

- Take full P&L; responsibility, using your commercial skills to grow profitability

- Analyse store performance data and act quickly to seize opportunities

- Manage rosters, professional development and team development

- Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and stock availability

- Ensure exceptional customer service on each occasion

What You’ll Bring

- Previous management experience in a retail sales environment.

- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for motivating teams

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Experience in merchandising and ticketing disciplines

- Clear, confident communication and problem-solving skills

- Pool product knowledge is an advantage, but not essential as full industry training is provided.
