About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Administration Officer to support our production reporting processes and provide administrative assistance across the business. This is a varied role offering the prospect to work closely with operations while developing broader business administration skills. The role will initially focus on production reporting and maintenance of our Production Management System (PMS), with additional administrative responsibilities introduced as part of your development.

Key responsibilities

- Complete daily production posting activities.

- Enter, maintain and verify data within the Production Management System (PMS).

- Ensure production information is accurate and up to date.

- Prepare and distribute weekly PMS reports.

- Generate monthly production cost usage reports.

- Compile monthly plant production statistics and reports.

- Support the production team with reporting and data analysis.

- Process weekly employee expense claims through Concur.

- Create and maintain supplier/vendor records.





- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis.

About you

- Previous experience in an administration, production support, operations support, or similar role.

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.

- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
