About the role

As Customer Service Supervisor you will contribute to leading the customer service and sales of your location. You will manage the activities of the Rental Sales Officers in your team and provide assistance to the Branch Manager. You will take pride in contributing to your branch and promote warm and welcoming customer service. Your responsibilities include:

- Supervise the activities of the customer service team

- Demonstrate best practice, motivate and develop team members to succeed

- Assist in ensuring targets are met and exceeded

- Customer service at the car rental counter

- Handle customer bookings, phone and email inquiries

- Cross-sell products and services

- Check rental contract completion by rental staff and provide feedback

You must have a valid Driver's Licence. Short-listed applicants will need to provide a recent Traffic History Report prior to an offer of employment.
