Our clients are a highly successful company within the mining industry who employ over 400 staff members and growing fast!

Due to the expansion of the company the Directors now wish to add to the already H.R/Recruitment team with the addition of an experienced Recruitment Co-Ordinator.

The successful candidate will be office based located in the northern suburbs of Perth but will be asked from time to time to visit the head office located in the north - west of W.A.

The vacancy:

- Consult with hiring managers and direct end-to-end recruitment

- Commence before the 2nd of October 2026

- Draft job vacancies on the company website and external job sites

- Shortlist candidates and pre-screening.

- Schedule and attend interviews.

- Carry out reference and pre-employment checks/Medicals

- Complete onboarding documentation

- Headhunt and source candidates through job adverts, linkedin, database and other areas

To apply:





- Must have previous blue collar recruitment experience within mining, civil or construction industries.

- Positive team player

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Be able to multi-task

- Can travel to other sites if required

- Confident with software and the use of computers

- If successful, must be able to commence employment before the 2nd of October 2026

In return:

- Salary of between $85,000 to $100,000 + Super

- Flexible working hours if required

- Permanent full - time position
