We are hiring our second consultant. Not our two hundredth.

Redux Rehab is a SIRA approved workplace rehabilitation provider in Current South Wales, Same Employer stream, approved through to 2028. We started in March 2026. Sydney based, owned by two directors with more than thirty years between them across physiotherapy, exercise physiology and occupational rehabilitation, and both still carry their own files.

About the job

You will run your own caseload of workers compensation and CTP claims for insurers including icare, EML, Allianz, GBS and QBE.

- Initial assessments, workplace assessments and functional assessments

- Return to work plans the worker and the employer both believe in

- Coordinating treatment and rehabilitation services

- Case conferencing with GPs, treating practitioners and other providers

- Stakeholder and workplace meetings

- Reports an insurer can act on and a worker would be happy to read

You are the second consultant, so the caseload is built with you rather than handed to you, and most decisions about how this service runs are still open. You will be in the room for them.

Skills and experience





- AHPRA general registration as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist, or ESSA accreditation as an exercise physiologist

- Twelve months in occupational rehabilitation, or we supervise you into it

- Report writing that stands up with a case manager

- Driver licence, own vehicle and Australian work rights

New to the scheme is fine. SIRA allows a consultant to work under supervision, and your first cases are reviewed by a director before you run files on your own. That is our own policy, not a probation period.

Benefits

- $100,000 to $115,000 plus super, or $120 to $130 an hour as a contractor
