You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare, mentoring support staff, and driving clinical services within the local community. Working closely alongside the experienced Pharmacy Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment making a genuine impact on patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while counseling patients on protected usage
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards of care
- Deliver key clinical services including Immunizations, Webster packing, and MedsChecks
- Ensure strict adherence to QCPP compliance and quality frameworks
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy assistants and dispensary technicians
About you
- Hold a current,
unrestricted General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Immunization provider certification (highly desirable or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication skills with a passion for building lasting community relationships
- A proactive attitude towards clinical services and continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
